At Wakeupfarms Agritech LLP, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. When you interact with our automated smart irrigation and urban farming messaging services, we store minimal information—such as your phone number and interaction logs—solely to facilitate automated updates and system communications.

If you wish to opt-out of our services and have your data permanently deleted from our systems, you can request data deletion at any time by following these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to our data privacy team at contact@wakeupfarms.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. In the body of the email, please provide the WhatsApp phone number you used to interact with our automation systems so we can locate your records.

What happens next: Upon receiving your email, our team will review the request and permanently purge your phone number, message history, and associated automation records from our secure databases within 48 hours. We will send a final email confirmation to your inbox once the deletion is complete.
